Individual Sessions
These sessions allow me to completely cater to your individual needs. If what you want to work on is something you consider to be intense or personal, this is the choice for you! Using EFT we can work through unwanted emotions, stress, bothersome memories, pain, sleep issues, or unwanted cravings. I will guide you through an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) session, make recommendations for outside of sessions as you learn tools to implement lasting change in your life. EFT changes how your brain is responding to stress. This is why you get actual change!

EFT/Tapping Group
Emotional Freedom Techniques groups consist of up to 8 people. You must honor confidentiality within the group. Together we create a supportive, highly transformative space. This is NOT a time to bring your most intense challenges. I will have a designated topic for the group to work on in.
