welcome,
I'm Kelsey!
Thanks for checking out my corner of the internet where I share really great ways to simplify stress management that will help you refine and elevate your life!
I am certified in Emotional Freedom Techniques, Kabbalah Meditation, Mind, Body, and Soul Trauma Healing, and Bach Flowers remedies.
As a military spouse and mama, I understand the importance of getting relief while also balancing the demands of everyday life.
I’m deeply passionate about sharing techniques that support mind, body, and soul with military families, and people who are looking to find a better way to empower their emotional well-being!
Simple is Highly Effective
Welcome to a space to refine (improve) and elevate (raise in status) how you experience life, because managing your stress will make a difference!
While my husband was active duty I experienced a myriad of health issues while still needing to balance the life of a mom and military spouse. I felt emotionally, physically, and spiritually tapped out. I kept telling myself there had to be a better way. I’m so grateful to have been guided to easy, effective stress management tools!
In my experience, the most profound relief and growth comes in simple forms.
The tools I use to help you manage your stress are also easily applicable to everyday life. So, you can learn tools to help you manage stress no matter where you are. Emotional wellness and resilience is of the upmost importance right now.
It can be hard to allow feeling better to be simple. This is why experiencing it is so powerful. I mainly focus on EFT (Emotion Freedom Techniques/tapping) because it is an evidence-based, safe, highly effective tool. It is also a tool that does not require you to relive your experiences.
EFT has:
*given me an effective way to manage my stress
*improved my relationships
*increased self-acceptance
*allowed for personal growth
*decreased pain
*allowed me to get relief while still feeling present as a spouse and mom
*feel more rested
If you are a veteran, active-duty, spouse, first responder, or someone trying to recover from intense stress I implore you to experience these tools. The weight gets heavy. I would appreciate the opportunity to help you put it down.
Be Well,
Kelsey
